Job Title: Medical Records Clerk
Job Description: The Medical Records Clerk is responsible for processing and distributing electronic faxes, electronic filing and scanning, preparation of interoffice satellite bags for distribution, requesting charts from storage vendor electronically and processing mail.
High School Diploma required. Good communication and computer skills and a good working knowledge of general medical terminology. Ability to interface with support departments and articulate issues and concerns. Experience with Next Gen EPM and EMR systems and DHIN a plus.
